Dave Matthews Band fans from many countries across the world have created sites to keep their country men and women up to date with the latest news regarding the band that larger message boards may not cover. Either that, or the news is drowned out by the hype of current tours and other band info.

DMB Australia is an attempt to not just find and connect Dave Matthews Band fans from the land Down Under, but to also introduce Australian music lovers to a band that gets far less recognition and air time than they truly deserve. The site is run by Kristian, a Dave Matthews Band fan who lives in the outer western suburbs of Sydney and keeps up to date with the latest news and opinions through his involvement with antsmarching.org (the largest DMB fan site in the world) as a message board moderator. He has been a fan of the band since 2004, and looks forward to being a “DMB evangelist”, using this little site as the chief mouthpiece.

As time progresses, the site will expand to provide features such as downloads, a weekly editorial and poll question, and a comprehensive set of links designed to provide visitors with the most up to date, feature filled site dedicated to Dave Matthews Band and their Australian fans.
